Refund policy

At The Bare Voice, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.

🔁 Returns

We offer a 5-day return window, which means you must raise a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags must be intact.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@thebarevoice.com along with clear images of the product with tags visible.

Please note: The Bare Voice reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing the details shared.

❌ When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Insufficient or unclear information provided for the claim.

  • Product images with tags are not shared.

  • Claims related to pilferage or missing items are not raised on the same day of delivery.

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, or the packaging has been discarded before our assessment.

  • The item is a replacement product, purchased using store credit, or bought during a clearance sale.

  • Return request is raised after 5 days from the date of delivery.

📦 Return Pickup & Shipping

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to ship the product back.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@thebarevoice.com within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

⚠️ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased:

  • Using influencer coupon codes (exceeding amount of INR 200)

  • During sales, special offers, or discounts

are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. This policy has been implemented as per guidelines advised by our legal team.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns (unused, unworn, tags intact, original packaging).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Please note that additional time may be taken by your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
