📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

Metro Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Non‑Metro / Other Locations: 5–12 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be communicated separately and applied automatically.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact number.
In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, dispatch may be delayed until the correct details are confirmed.
The Bare Voice will not be responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

🔁 Undelivered / Returned Orders (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be required to bear re‑shipping charges.
Refunds for returned orders (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

📦 Packaging

All orders are packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos for assistance.
